Crushing Screen Frame Replacement Case for Saudi Client S5X2760 Vibrating Screen
We supplied reinforced vibrating screen frame spare parts as a direct OEM replacement for our Saudi client’s S5X2760 vibrating screen. Designed for heavy crushing site conditions, this component completely solves frame cracking failures and ensures steady, long-lasting equipment performance.
The customer’s original machine was a Shanghai SBM vibrating screen. After six years of use, it developed metal fatigue cracks, and the monthly overhauls caused the customer’s costs to rise sharply. Furthermore, replacing the machine with a new one would have been very costly. After verification, our solution costs one-third of the price of a new machine and can be implemented more quickly.
Replacing the Frame of a Cone Crusher for a Russian Customer
A Russian aggregate crushing plant equipped with Liming HPT500 cone crusher faced severe production downtime risks caused by heavy frame abrasion. Long-term harsh mining working conditions gradually wore down the main frame, rendering the entire cone crusher unable to operate normally.
